When I use the P2kCommander I get it working but when I try to save the Seem info I get an error.

It is the step right after reloading the phone information.

I was not sure if it was safe to browse my phone and put files on them even though I can see the file structure.

I was following the steps off of Mark Venture's pages.

Actually, you can even use Bitpim to load the files, I'm pretty sure it'll work that way too

    Question

I have the moto krzr k1m through verizon, and i've been researching for hours and have not found a clear guide for my particular phone. when i tried following the guide given in this thread, i downloaded the moto midlets manager program and i'm not able to follow through with the rest of the instructions because i get that "unsupported platform" error, and i still don't understand how the rest of you got past that. i've tried following everyone's different p2k alternative directions, but everyone has a different folder setup from what i have so i don't know where i'm supposed to put it. Here is how mine looks:
Brew, Mobile, Motorola folders...since i'm wanting to install a game, i've heard from some places it should go in Brew...so in Brew i have: mif, mod, and sys. in sys i have en and es folders. in mod i have: some random numbered folders from demo games that were already installed, app_mainmenu, app_ota, app_recentcalls, app_settings, and brewappmgr. it gets deeper but i hope you get the idea. : if i use p2k i need to know where to put it and any further instructions. if i use moto midlet manager i need to know how to bypass the unsupported platform error. i already know how to put ringtones and wallpapers. i just need to know where to put the .jad file for games and how to install them once they are on my phone. also for those of you who keep asking where to get good free ringtones, wallpapers and games, i personally like to use PhoneZoo. problem with that is, they txt everything to you and i have texting disabled on my phone, hence the hacking.

put your JAD and JAR files in the Brew/Mod/Jbed/Preinstalled folder then run your java program on your phone, the game should install automatically

just tried this with bitpim on my v9m, and it seems to work. gotta try it with some more games thou to be sure.

    [update]
well it works well, just be sure to backup your installed directory so that if you have unworking games, its easy to get rid of them.

This is true for the V325, E815, V3C, V3M, K1M, Maxx Ve, V9M, Z6tv, Z6c and others from those wireless carriers.

Bell and Telus users... your Moto's DO use Java, but the process might be slightly different.

yes, thats right, I forgot, you're running Java not Brew, there is a way, I just can't remember off the top of my head, I'll get back to ya in a day or so.

I'm pretty sure that there might be a way to change the ini file in midiman, open it up and post what you got for a configuration

so is there any way to get the games to run the full size of the screen? most of the games that i have got working all play in a small box.

Some games are designed for different phone and java app types, also meaning they run different resolution sizes, so its basically trial and error. I wanted to run R-TYPE on my K1m but its set up for a nokia 5300, so I can only see 1/4 of the games screen, sucks but what can ya do lol

I've heard there's an App Rez Resizer on the net somewhere, but I doubt it'll work for mobile phone games

Metro PCS is a CDMA carrier that also uses Brew, NOT JAVA.. SO no, you can not use these instructions.

Is there a way to reposition the screen for some games? Or maybe just resize them? Motomidman has it set to my screen resolution for the Krzr, but a lot of games aren't centered on the screen.

Motorola launched new mobile MOTOYUVA in India

Here is yet another phone under the MOTOYUVA series. Motorola has rolled out its latest Mobile Phones India , dubbed MOTOYUVA W270 in the Indian market. This slim flip phone lets consumers dance on their music with the built-in MP3 player along with other music functions such as a dedicated MP3 and FM keys.

My Question is will this mobile phone is worth buying as I love playing games in mobiles. And will this mobile install the games in it?

    Thanks in advance.
