I have a V3i and there are just three games I want Frogger, Tetris and Snake... Like everyone else I just want these games free as buying this unlocked phone has already cost me a lot of $$$$. How do I get these games, were would I download them and then how would I get them on my phone. Also is there anyway on the V3i to store ring tones on the 256MB trans flash memory card. I really don't think there is but am confused about a file on the card that says ringtones... Well thank you for all your help
When I had my V710, I simply got a card reader, then plugged that in to the comp with the Transflash card in it, and put the ringtones that I made(mp3) on the card, then transfered them to the phone from the card. Then you have to know the mms trick to "apply as ringtones". Don't know if that trick works on the V3i.....heard some say it does, some say it doesn't.
Hope it helped.......let me know if it works. You know the mms trick, I assume? Yeah, you probably know by now that you can't use mp3's as ringtones from the card......they have to be in the phone's memory. If the mms trick doesn't work, use Motorola Phone Tools to put them on the phone. You can get it with a cable for about $15 on Ebay. I did, and it's really simple.

hey hey hey now.. can somebody tell me the "mms trick"????
It's kind of stupid how if I want the beginning of a song as my ringtone, I have to have a cut version and the full version on the song on there. Well I dont' have to have to full one but you know. If you can't tell me here then please message it to me?

I don't know your phone, but on my V710, I'd get the mp3 clip on my Transflash card, put it the phone then switch storage device to the transflash card, select the clip I wanted, press menu->send in message-> to "any email address or phone #".(I didn't have the mm message message service so any address or # would work, and, of course, it would fail. After it fails(or even if it doesn't, in case you have the service) it will be in your outbox. Select it, and it may have an option to "read" or "play" . Either way, you select which ever one it is.It should start playing........and then(it's been a while, so bear with me), while it's playing, I believe you can hit menu again, and there will be an option to "save" or "store".....and when you press that, I think then there is the "apply as ringtone" option. I may be a little off on the order, since it's been a while since I did it. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.Oh, it seems to me that you could put the whole song in as a ringtone, and it would just cut it off at about 18-20 seconds anyway, before going to voicemail, but then maybe you'd have to have it in both places if it was an mp3 that you simply liked to listen to in its entirety.

Well, if you don't have that service, it will fail anyway, but it still gets it in your outbox. It couldn't be very much if you did get charged, but, I don't know your phone or service. Hope it works.
hmm, I don't know if I should risk it or not :P. I think I have that service, but if it fails does it cost anything?
Well, if your phone has an email address, you might try emailing the clip from your comp to your phone. Different providers have different limits on file sizes as attachments, and what types of files, etc., but, it's worth a try. I know that the mp3 clips I have done for tones are not very big files, as I rip them down to 16 or 24 bit mono, then cut a 20 second clip out of them, and so they are pretty small files. I couldn't do that with my provider with simply an email address for my phone, but a friend of mine could. Matter of fact, I emailed him a mp3 clip right to his phone, and when he got it, he simply selected the clip, and "saved as ringtone". Oh, and , if you have that service, it won't fail...........I'm guessing it will go through, and come back to you??? But, it will still be in your outbox, to try the rest of the "trick"

Hmm, I don't know if I want to try it or not. I just don't want to get charged, I mean it's not a HUGE deal that I have a ringtone and the full song, it's just kinda weird.
2 maksimus res128x160 and other
You can try change resolution with FullJava 1.5
