Thank You 'sharkjawz'. It took me 3 days to work this out my L7!!! I think what worked for me was settings/connectivity/usb settings/change to "data/fax connection". My L7 was found by windows, and picked up byMotoMidMan straight away, (installed 4 or 5 drivers automatically), now playing some of those games poste earlier. THANK YOU! Loving the L7 (got the AIDS support phone (UK)).

Okay, the easiest (by far) method to upload games is to use this form:

    http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/

You have to have a mobile browser on your phone, but this allows you to skip messing around with the menus and other programs.

Now if only I could figure out why some of the keys on my phone don't work with these games...

I have read through 17 pages here, but I am looking for a way to upload games with my Bluetooth device. There are a couple mentions about whether it can or cannot be done but no details. Does anyone have a detailed description on how to upload game with Bluetooth?.

I should have kept on looking before I posted above. I found something that works perfectly for uploading games via Bluetooth.

adding games on the v3t is super easy, go to settings, connection, usb settings, and make sure that memory card is checked (its checked by default) then plug the phone into your usb slot, let it load up then it should comeup as a removable disk, clck that then go to the kjava folder and drag your .jar files into that, then go into games and apps and change the phone storage to memory card, then just install the games where ever and play

    Hello,
I have a Cingular Moto RAZR v3 and am attempting to install Java games and apps to the phone. After editing seem files and getting the "Moto MIDlets Manager" application to work, I was able to successfully install one game and one app.

The issue now, is that on the phone, when I go to use them, the application and the game both have a crossed-out circle for the icon. When I attempt to run them, the phone tells me either "Application Error" or "Application Expired."

I have searched this forum and all posts with no such luck.
    What am I missing here?

Try different games. Maybe the game is not compatible with the phone. I have a Cingular Moto RAZR v3 also and when I install a non-compatible game I get an Application Error also.

wow. that was super easy. lol. thanks N-Forced

Does anyone know of a voice memo java app?
I noticed the v3t has a "Voice Note" option, but once i'm done recording what i want, the only option i have is to send it to someone, and that not only costs money for me but it is just dumb.

For the application expired look in motomidman and see if the access is set to + or -. Which ever apps are giving you the application expired error, change the access to the opposite.

For the application error, the apps are probably not compatible with your device.

Let me know if this helps.

    Hello!
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely try the access + or - and see what works with that one application (JapbLite). Some other games will work with the default skin set to "Moto" (the default). There are 15 ".dat" files in the theme, and for some strange reason, the installed games work with that theme. When you set the current theme to another one, the games stop working again. A workaround for this issue is to simply copy the "MotoXX.dat" files to the new theme (where 'XX' is numbers 1-15).
Once you do that, switch the phone to another theme, the games return to operable condition again.
    Thanks.
