Well I got my MDA about 1pm yesterday and it has been pretty sweet! I mailed back the SDA and I am glad this whole ordeal is over with. I hope it works out for all you folks too!

Yep called back this morning and a regular CSR brought up the info about shipping it back and told me where to send it. Something tells me .. my wait is far from over.
Well im keeping the SDA till they give me my MDA so far I never got a call back from a rep so i called them and supposedly I have one being sent to me now. Didnt get a deal on it though same price it was before. Good too see some people got theres already.

I told her the same thing. Same day I receive my mda ill return the Sda... So she said she was putting in the order.... AND NEVER DID . (Suffice to say I filled a complaint on her)
Called back friday to check... They finaly put the order in ... Called saturday to check the order was indeed placed. Should be here by wednesday so that's 6 days after my 1st reorder and 13 days after my original Order How's that for " express shipping". lol

Basically even though we ordered the MDA when it first appeared on the website, it doesn't mean anything. They sent us an SDA and the way they are dealing with it is to do a regular return on the SDA and re-order the MDA. So even though we were screwed around for a week we do not take precedence over any other customer trying to order an MDA.

The guy I talked to said that they could not bring them up for order on their system because they are sold out and that they will order it for me as soon as they are back in stock (yeah sure).

Well I called Today Around 2pm to check the status of my order and the rep said that it was ordered on friday and they was holding em on the side for all of us that's why they were coming up as out of stock for other customers tryna order regular. ... But she couldn't get a tracking #, which she explained was normal on express shipping ( which was probably a lie) and That tho They had em in stock to send us because of the demand they on 2 day back order... So instead of it coming this Tuesday/ Wednesday it should Come By Thurs/ Friday.... Well see........

No dice, I just got off the phone with my 7th or 8th rep in the past week. There are no phones set aside for us. We (the people who were shipped SDAs instead of MDAs and did not get an MDA sent out to us prior to the 15th when they went out of stock) are no different than a person who never placed an order to begin with.
What the rep does when you call is place a "follow up" to check for the phones availability each day. So each day that the rep works (and they all vary) they will check the website and if it is available they will order it for you. This is no different than you checking it every day and ordering it, except for the fact that you have already been billed for it.
So what happens if some MDAs become available and then sell out in 24 hours and no rep checks availability for you during that 24 hours? You are stuck waiting for the next batch. Meanwhile an MDA could be sitting at your corner T-Mobile store waiting for you to buy, but you have already paid for one which you have no idea when it will arrive.
The kicker is that everytime we call in we have to explain the whole fiasco to the rep who reads the same script on his/her monitor. I can tell you how it will go down everytime:
You: Call up tell rep you ordered MDA 10 days ago, but received SDA instead. Now you want to know when your MDA is coming.
Rep: Oh I'm sorry about that sir, I think I have heard something about this problem, hold on while I bring up your info.
You: Sure, no problem.
Rep: Ok it says here that I am supposed to re-order an MDA for you, but I don't have that option as they are out of stock. I'll put you down for a follow up and get that ordered as soon as possible.

well im sorry for all yall they told was on backorder. but finaly a rep didnt lie to me. matter fact they did lie. told me it was on back order and i wouldnt receive tilll friday ...well... i just check u.p.s.site and its been shipped. in transit right now in philly uP from ga ON ITS WAY TO NY. scheduled to be delivered tomorrow the 21st. yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees. i still feel yall pain and POWER TO THE MIGHTY T- MOBILE CUSTOMER
