    Well this shows that the reps don't know what they are talking about. No luck for me on the UPS tracking site though. I assume you used your cell number as a reference number to track?

    Yeah the Reps, tho some are nice and mean well, are usually clueless. Yeah I tracked it by my cell fone # as I wasn't able to get a tracking # from Tmo erlier today... Its now 12:24 am (Ny time) and im so excited I can't go to sleep. And I gotta be at work early in the morn... Was thinkin bout callin in sick. Lol..

    Did anyone get an RMA number for returning the SDA? I was given the address to return the SDA to, but I am wondering how T-Mobile is going to know that I returned the SDA without some type of tracking number or documentation with the phone.

    Idk what's a Rma but they gave me what they call a " order number" and Said write that on the side of the Box with a marker that way they know what it is....

    Hey what's the cheapest way I can send it back but it still can be tracked and if it never gets to them I can prove I sent it?

    I went thru a situation with tmobile before with Returning a Defective sk2 . They already sent me the replacement and I sent the defect back... It never got to them (was stolen from my local post office) I aint have no insurance or nothing cause tmo sent a prepaid mailing label to send it back...

    I had to Fight it 4 months and 439 charge on my bill they was tryna shut my service off for. I fought tho and won cause I filled a complaint with the postal inspector and had it investigated and kept on it... Come to find out they were stealing a lot @ the post office....

    I definately don't wanna go thru that again

    The rep gave me the "Form Number" to write on the box. It is the same as the "PO#" on the original shipping label.

    After receiving my call last Friday, I have been checking the UPS site daily to see if the tracking info will show up using my cell number as the reference number. Today it finally did and it says it is currently out for delivery. So, I should have an MDA waiting for me when I get home from work. I hope everyone else will be receiving their MDAs soon too!

    LOL this is such a fiasco.. I'm past being angry and just have to sit back and laugh.

    - Ordered MDA online 11 days ago
    - I never received a call telling me what to do with the SDA
    - I finally called in and a rep told me to ship the SDA back to the return center
    - When the rep tried to replace an MDA order for me they were sold out, this was four days ago.
    - I called back today and rep said that there was a note to follow up today, but they are still sold out so there is a note to do another follow. I asked what day is that follow up? They said, in a week! LOL The MDA could come available and be sold out again by then.

    Mean time I have a 2-year contract extension and $350 charge on my account, while Johnny come latelys are walking off the street and picking them up for $249 and a 1-year extension at Comp USA.

    I have always been a huge fan of T-Mobile and their customer service, but this whole ordeal has definitely changed my outlook.

    I received my MDA tonight at 7:30 PM. The battery was fully charged. I wonder if it was returned by someone else???

    Well I bought mine from a corporate store, and I opened it and the battery was fully charged, and I am sure the box and the phone was brand new. I think they come fully charged.

    HTC ships the batteries charged. They self-discharge over time, but getting one with a nearly-full or full battery is not surprising.
