Ordered MDA shipped SDA?

I was supposed to get my MDA yesterday and got the SDA and I had already told them that I would be using the SDA til my MDA arrived and i STILL have not received any phone call. Also a quick question, my Nokia 3650 died on monday, where it'll flash the nokia sight on startup, then fade out and turn off. Ive tried to recharge it, take battery out, everything and it still does the same thing. However, I didn't backup my contacts to my SIM card, does anyon else know how I can recover my contacts from the Nokia 3650 if they weren't backed up on SIM card? Thanks!

if im upgrading with a 2 year contract extension and get the MDA, do i still have the 14 day return period?

u should still have the 14 day trial period..

as for the other guy wit the 3650 i think hes screwed.. cause i believe that if u send it in to get fixed it'll erase all the info on the phone...

i just called CSR again and they said that they started contacting people since the 13th so that anytime this week i should recieve a call. they said everything will be free of charge i hope i can get express shipping cause of this crap... im see if i can milk these bastards now

I got a call last night- I ordered my phone on Thursday and my last name starts with R so maybe they're doing it by order date (which would make more sense...). Basically they offered straight away to refund my express shipping for my first order, send my new one express and give me a $10 credit for the return shipping of the SDA. They also said they'd refund the charge for the SDA when they get it.

Just got my call! Last name starts with a "B" and I ordered it on Thursday as well, so I do not know what order they are going in. Ditto for me on what they told subfuze above. I am happy now! Should get it in a day or two!

I work at Best Buy and I can tell you that our cost on Cell phones is VERY high almost no markup, the money is all in the contract, we lose money on most of the phones we sell, thats why they have contract agreements in place because that's where the real money is made.

i dont think best buy would get the same discount as the actual company does, or do they count as a direct dealer?
