Ordered MDA shipped SDA?

For those of you who did get the call, what was the number they called from? Was it an 800? I usually screen my calls if they're private or some random area code. Thanks

They called my cell phone and it said "Customer Care 800-937-8997".

just got my call...They told me the the same as the guy above, refunded shippin and gave me express shipment free she also gave me the choice of keepin the SDA

I'm wondering if anyone has received their MDA yet?

I'm still waiting for the call, customer service was no help at all. They told me I can not use the SDA and they said the the MDA was on its way, but could not offer a tracking number for it so I have a hard time believing it. I was given 100 extra anytime minutes to use whenever I want over the next three months. Big whoop as I have never come close to exceeding the minutes I pay for.

These phones are so disposable to TMO. THe fact that they can take back 800 SDAs and throw them into the 'refurb' bin goes to show just how little these things truly cost them.

I'd love to know TMOs exact cost on both the MDA & SDA. You wanna bet its well under $100 either way? Reminds me of Blockbuster..those jokers probably pay $5 apiece in bulk for those DVDs & make up their costs on ONE rental.

That is one bet that I would be happy to take. You would lose your axx.

I ordered a MDA yesterday morning with express shipping (3/14/06), tried to call this morning about changing the shipping address but was told that they can't change the shipping address but they still don't have a tracking number either. Oh god I hope it gets here Friday.

no, no tracking #.. the tracking # is supposed to be ur mobile number in xxx-xxx-xxxx form at ups.com

do keep in mind that when i was first waiting for my "MDA" happen to be SDA, the tracking never worked over at UPS.com and i had tried to access it every damn day

anywho she said she settin up shipment when she was on the phone wit me and that it should ship out today or tomorrow and be here in 1 to 2 days

I ordered an MDA on the 9th and today I received an SDA. I'm making them express ship it for free.

they do it for u u don have to say anything.. when they call u they will include free express ship

I called T-mobile and talked to 8 different customer care represenitives since I received the SDA. They told me they had sent out a the replacement MDA and gave me a UPS tracking number. I entered it late last night only to find that is was wrong! And they had not sent anything yet. Then I called back again and expressed my desire to drop T-Mobile. They said no because I had to wait for that phone that we've all been promised and also because I still had the SDA. I sent it back FedEx Priority overnight and they got it this morning. I called again today to cancel my contract and give them the Tracking Information for the SDA I sent back. Then Magicly the rep gave me ten dollars off my monthly bill as well as the MDA for $239 after $50 mail in rebate and supposedly shipped the phone today. She gave me a T-mobile order number but said I'd have to wait until the morning to see any tracking info because it was after the shippind deadline. Let's see what happens.

I was only able to get free express shipping since I had originally gotten the MDA at $240. $10 off per month would've been nice too though.
