Add me to the list of the people that get SDA instead of MDA. I was so mad too , been waiting for it since last thursday. I quickly called customer care and they were not surprised. The weird thing is that they said that I was supposed to receive a call from tmobile regarding this matter yesterday, but I didnt receive any call or msgs. Anyway, they credited me for the phone, reverted my contract, and then reorder back the MDA.
Funny thing, the rep told me that they will give me express shipment for free, but when I ordered the MDA last week, the did not charge me any shipping fee, but still send it with UPS 3-day service. oh well, at least the MDA will be here on friday, if not urgh
Hey Fizoul did you Tell them you was shipping it back 1st? Also what address did you send it to? And Did you pay to send it back if so how much for that express shipping? Im not waiting 3 more weeks for them to call me. Im gonna just send the Sda back and go about it like you did. ... I been a T mobile cosumer for 6 years going on 7 . If they not interested in making me a happy customer then im done with them

Saw in the main Tmobile forum that another irate customer got on the horn with a higher tier CS rep after threatening a B.B. filling and they told him that the MDAs are now OUT OF STOCK..
Hey djfantom, Ya I told them that I was sending it back last night and they gave me the same address that was on the box that they sent it to me in. I sill had the box so I just covered up my address information and shipped it back in that. It's "T-Mobile National Return - 210 Wiley Road - La Grange, Ga 30240. When I told the guy that they said they were sending me an MDA he said that information that I was given was wrong and that I would have to send the sda back prior to getting the MDA regardless of any future phone call that I got. At that point I was like forget it I'll send it now. He also told me that they would pay the bill for the shipping which they did. It cost me 12 bucks but I get a small discount for FedEx Priority overnight here at my job. Peace.
Ok Clearly T-Mobile is Out Rite Lying to us with no regard for there customers. They probably been Knew they were out of stock. That's why they was stalling with the " Rep will call you"... .. I don't Know about yall. But Im a Union man ( Dc 37 Local 372 ) and Im always up for a Fight ... We the customers Have the power its time to use it. 1st off every 1 should File a complaint with The BBB if possible. Bet they Won't get an award for Best customer service next year. Lol... Or at least threaten to to a csr. .... I will Be calling them Tonite or Tmorrow and Try to get some more answers. CAN A TMO REP WHO'S NOT SCARED PLEASE POST IN THIS THREAD AND GIVE US SOME INSIDE INFO

And Free express shipping and Unlimited data and text wit hotspot for 19.99 a month and im gonna Record the Whole convo for proof incase they try to flip it later ...
they cant be lying.. because they have actually contacted some members including myself... now if i dont recieve the MDA in 3 to 4 days ill join ur side

TMo actually screwed up my shipping address some how so I had to run by the UPS shipping center. I asked to open the box before I signed for it. Surprise, surprise - SDA. I refused shipping and called TMo. The rep. (autumn) said this was a common mistake and that they would ship me a MDA right away. Let's hope they get it right this time.
When I originally called up, I told them another website had it for $100 and they gave it to me for $240.
When I called again to make sure I would be receiving free express shipping, the sales rep told me that her supervisor is "personally" going to keep my account under review for 24 hours in order to make sure I receive the unit within 3 business days. We'll see what happens.
if i dont get atleast atext message by tomorrow im calling back. and when im done with them. not only will i be geting the fone for $239 wit only a 1 year extension but they gonna be throwing in a free bluetooth headset too. time to get "ghetto" (dont worry im black its ok for me to say that. lol)
It's unfortunate Cust Care does not sell the bluetooth so you will have to speak with Accessories not Customer care and therefore I can honestly say it will NOT be free

no, no tracking #.. the tracking # is supposed to be ur mobile number in xxx-xxx-xxxx form at ups.com
do keep in mind that when i was first waiting for my "MDA" happen to be SDA, the tracking never worked over at UPS.com and i had tried to access it every damn day
anywho she said she settin up shipment when she was on the phone wit me and that it should ship out today or tomorrow and be here in 1 to 2 days
I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but your phone number is not your tracking number at UPS. It is your reference number. You have to go into tracking on the UPS site and do "Track by Reference Number".
I am going out of town for a couple of weeks so I told Tmobile to cancel my upgrade & MDA COMPLETELY. It sucks, but I can't be sure the MDA will be here by Friday since I have yet to recieve a call and I'm not going to risk it sitting on my porch for 2 weeks.
..and no smart-*** comments about me being the one maintaining the MDA FAQ and not even owning the darn thing either. ;-)
