Yes, it is. From the wording of your post, I thought maybe you were typing in your phone number as the Tracking Number on the UPS site instead of typing it in as the Reference Number. No biggie, just hoping to help
they just TXTed me talkin about i have been billed for $425.. they r buggin, they had quoted me and had first charged me $350 now they're tryin to up the price after they messed up my order the first time.... they're lucky im in school right now ima go ballistic on them when i get out
Well I just got a text message confirming my re-order for the MDA, so I am assuming it will ship tonight and get it tomorow. I got my call yesterday with instructions on returning the SDA and she put in an immediate order for the MDA. She gave me the $239 price vs they $349 price on the upgrade web-site. I am happy!
I just got the text message also. with the wrong price on it $ 419.. I called and they said that it was a generic text message and that the original price was still in effect. They said that it would be 2-3 working days sending it express and that I should have it Monday.

This is interesting, because the CSR I talked to read the instructions that he had on his computer screen, it it specifically told him to not submit an immediate order for an MDA and have the customer ship back the SDA and to inform the customer that they would be receiving a phone call.
It appears that the CSR you talked to didn't check that instruction.
My bet is that T-Mobile never had the MDAs in stock. Someone probably screwed up by putting it up on their web site, and further screwed up by shipping SDAs. They are probably stalling calling people until they actually get MDAs in stock.
Is this the CSR you called? Or did they call you? The person who called me gave me instruction on where and how to ship back the SDA, she then placed the order for the MDA, express mail. She said both charges will sit on my account until they get the SDA back, then process a credit. I got my text this morning that it was processed and I am suspecting it will be uploaded to UPS this evening and I should be able to track it.
If she told me I had to wait until they got the SDA back I would have blown my top and probably would have left T-Mob. This is not the fault of the customer, so it is T-Mob that needs to bend over backward to fix the problem.
Add me to the pathetic list! Thats ok because my demands will be very high or they can keep there service and phones! I been on them about this phone since friday when i ordered it and they sent me a sda. Now i am waiting for that rep to call and we will see what she has to say.
Just got my call Same offer as everyone else. Should have the MDA by next Tuesday. For some reason they called on my home number and luckily I was home today.

When I initially ordered it via the web, it was $350. But when I got my call and she put in another order it came up on her system as $239. So I was happy. When you do get your call and they re-order it, I would ask how much it is.
got my call yesterday afternoon, very nice csr gave me the same deal as everybody else and said the mda was on the way. I wasn't even going to expect it until next week but I checked ups this morning and it should be here this afternoon. I'm in VA and phone shipped from PA.

Cool! When I goto UPS.com all that comes up is the SDA they delivered Monday, no new order yet. Although I did get a text this morning that they have processed the order. For your reference number did you use your mobile number (111-111-1111)?

The csr gave me a new reference number yesterday but that didn't work. Called 611 this afternoon and they gave me the actual tracking number.
