Ordered MDA shipped SDA?

so where exactly do u ship the SDAs to.. the same address it came from, the lady i spoke to didnt actually give me instructions she just said send it back....

i got the problem fixed they said they'll credit me the $50 for the mix up

for the reference number make sure you don't put the (perenthesis) around it, just your number Reference Number: 111-111-1111 but mine also didnt work until it was actually shipped in ups so the problem might be that yours hasnt been shipped yet. Keep trying it though mine just apppeared one day after CS had been unable to help me on several attempts including one earlier that day.

yea but my number never worked.. even for the first time when i recieved the SDA.. i called today to rectify my problem and the rep said that it was shipped yesterday... hopefully its here by tomorrow

We'll I'm heading to my home where UPS has left a package from T-Mobile. I'm excited but a bit scared too!!! If I get another SDA you all will hear the scream in about 35 minutes :-) Peace!

if you are tracking by your phone number you don't use the "tracking number" slot....put your phone number in here and it should get you what you need.

As for me (and it sounds like a few others) all this gets me is the order that I just sent back.

I was just able to use my cell number as a reference number to see that I have a new tracking number and a 1.8 lb package that is going out Next Day Air Saver.

I have my fingers crossed to have this thing tomorrow.

BTW, I still have not gotten a call on how to return the SDA.

ha now it worked.. before i was changing the dates... but now i left it default and it went threw

I have not gotten a call, but all the CSR's told me that if I return it to return it to the address that is on the return slip that is in the packing box. I saw that someone put it up a few pages ago.

ok thanx thats the same address it came from... so my MDA should be here tomorrow (its in PA also).. ill send the SDA back tomorrow, when i have the MDA in hand
