Ordered MDA shipped SDA?

Argh! Ok- so after seeing that a few people that ordered on Thursday had tracking numbers, I decided to try the UPS track by reference number again - nothing, at least not at the address where the last one was shipped (my work address). Without mentioning anything to me, they shipped it to my home/billing address. Lovely. Now they're probably going to have a failed delivery attempt and I'll either have to drive over to the UPS hub or wait until Monday and have them leave the phone on my porch (which isn't going to happen).

I spoke to a very nice CSR who called UPS for me to try and change the delivery address but UPS said there wasn't anything they could do until it was at the L.A. hub and before it was loaded onto a truck. Of course that will probably be at 4 in the morning and based on the lack of tracking data on the SDA shipment (progress jumped from scanned in ROCKFORD, IL to delivered in Los Angeles), I'm doubting I'll be able to catch it at the right time (or even be awake). Soooo frustrating! Oh well, I guess being in the right city is a lot better than not being shipped yet.... <sigh>

Finaly Got My call today (16th) Nice rep. She gave me all the info to send the fone back. But said they would be shipping the Mda Out tonite express shipping and I should have it by friday ,monday the latest im not sure if ups deliver on saturday. But if so hopefuly no later then saturday.

I find it odd every 1 posting how they just outright offered them a discounted price on the fone etc... All they offered me was 100 free minutes and credit for shipping (which they supposed to cover anyway) ..

Even after I expressed how unpleased I was with the situation and that id likely be going to cingular they still didn't offer me a discount or any deal. So then I damn near begged for it and the ladys telling me that her department doesn't handle that and she couldn't offer any deals..

Guess they realy don't care about keeping a 7 year " valued customer" ...

Ima Call csr soon as the Mda comes and I send the sda back and threaten to send the Mda back and cancel service... Then if they still don't act like they want to keep me?.....

Idk....

They're not biting. I tried playing hardball as well since I'm going to be out of town..went so far as to cancel my MDA order completely because I don't want it sitting on my porch for a week..but they didn't offer me anything..I would even have been happy if they had just made me a deal to ship it out overnight..but nothing.

If I wasn't so obsessed with getting this stupid MDA I'd....well..I'd...I'd..do...something...yeah...

According to the rep I just spoke to, the order didn't "process" until today, in spite of the rep yesterday saying she would put it through. They put the order through before I even called to tell them the tracking number for the SDA though.

The rep I just spoke to also said that tomorrow it would be physically shipped out and I'll receive it within 3 business days, therefore Tuesday. I'm going to remain skeptical until I have it in my hands.

Well after waking this morning to a hungry baby I checked UPS while the bottle was warming and my MDA is scheduled for delivery today (Friday)! Now lets just hope the order is right, but I am confident it is! This may turn out to be a good day after all!

Ok I checked ups site again this morn and its still showing me the info for the Sda saying that was delivered the 13th... Should I take that to mean they didn't even process the order yet?... Guess I shouldn't expect mines till tuesday also.. Well can't cry ova what I can't control so ima put it all out my mind and try have a good weekend. Maybe monday/ tuesday ill have a nice " Surprise"

well mine is in the city right next to mine... so i should recieve mine today or ill go pick it up myself

Im Mad as hell at Tmobile Right now. ... The rep called me yesterday. she supposebly set up the reorder and shipping of my Mda. so i go to track it today and no info is coming for it. i figured they probably didnt ship it yet... i call em t his afternoon... THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT THE ORDER IN wtf!!!!!!!!

i was able to get da rep who called me yesterday info and i filed a complaint. and im also still thinking about filling a complaint with the BBB.

well supposibly they made the order this time and i should receive it no later then wednesday. i will be tryna track it tomorrow and calling back if it wasnt shipped yet.
