Fry's has the 1G MicroSD/Transflash for $59.99 out the door - yeah plus tax.
They have a mail in rebate for $20. Limit 1 per customer.
Net is $39.99 plus the tax on the $59.99.
Should make it about $45 after rebate.

as far as memory, how do you transfer files from D820's transflash to your computer? is that possible without an adapter?

I'm not sure about the D820.. it might be similar to the D600... where you can also transfer files using the USB cable.

Just picked up a second 1G microsd for my wives phone. She want more tunes like mine. Anyway, the ad runs thru Tuesday May 23. Rebate request have to be sent in by June 23.
Paid 49.99 plus tax Rebate is $20.

Hey, Just realized I bought my first 1g MicroSD at Fry's in beginning of May for $59.99 today's price was $49.99. $10 lower. Fry's has a low price guarantee. Will bring in copy of receipt I made for first rebate. Will get the $10 back plus the tax. I did this once before a few years ago on a disk drive.
I need to go back to Fry's anyway. Spouse wants to patch into car stereo now. Need to get one of those car charger/FM wireless broadcast adapters. Already have a female 3.5mm to male 2.5mm phone jack. The adapters come standard with 3.5mm head phone jack for MP3 players, IPOD, portable CD player etc.
Also, the rebate is through Sandisk/Fry's. It takes a while but you do get your rebate.
