Just had mine flashed yesterday.

Walking into verizon store with .02 and out with .04.

Obex and all still in tact!!

I had the same thing done yesterday. i flashed from .03 to .02 and then went in to the Verizon store to get upgraded to .04. OBEX is still working correctly.

im really on the fence about this update it has good things but i dont want to loose my external screen to an burnt orang color
i really wish someone would look for this code
as i dont have BT OBEX is rather useless to me but i have read about the improved connectiviy between the headset

It's so great that the 'search this thread' feature is disabled, while so many of these threads go 20+ pages long.

So does anyone have this available for those of us that don't want to have a Verizon tech do it?

I just got off the phone with my local VZW tech and he said the will no longer be putting on 04 due to a bug but 05 should be out in about a week or 2

I wouldn't be surprized that the 05 update removes OBEX like 03 does..

What a joke...maybe all even numbered firmwares are for a limited time only and come with OBEX, while odd numbered will not have OBEX.

Or maybe the orange screen is the bug?

Maybe they should realize that the whole thing is a bug...

for about the 100th time in this thread... NO, it has not been leaked yet. and that is the ONLY way it will be available outside of a verizon store.. if some leaks it.

Sorry. That has not changed in the last 24hrs since it was last asked.

As soon as it is leaked I am sure someone will post in big bold letters where to find it.
