BTW, the word is that the both Rogers and Fido are going to get it. The split is happening along the colorways.

Rogers is apparently going to get the black one, and Fido is due to get one of the other colors. That's the last that I heard.

When it comes to the Nokia 6126 and Rogers all I have heard is a maybe. It will go to Fido but Rogers still has some other Nokia's in the works I was told 6126 is a maybe but nothing concrete and if they do decide to pick it up it will be after Fido.

The 6125 is not a phone designated for the NA market. It is not related to the 6126. The 6126 is the NA version of the 6131, looking almost exactly the same, but appearantly having IR and the FM radio removed.

Which may make it a little less expensive which I don't mind too much. IR is loosing ground to Bluetooth anyways and I have no need for a radio on a phone that can be an MP3 player

It looks like this phone might actually have FM radio (though it requires the use of a headset to act as an FM antenna, like the 6131 does). Anyway, the official Nokia specs say so. Don't know if it's a typo or if the information that was provided by the various third-party sites is wrong. As previously mentioned, it does not appear to have IR though. This makes sense to me since almost no one uses IR anymore it's no big loss but the inclusion of FM radio is nice to have. Neither have I seen Nokia take away FM on other models before that were destined to north america and had an overseas version of them as well.

All I care about is price and ETA, and it's pissing me off that Nokia is releasing neither!

i read the price will be about 275EUR so it'll problly like $330'ish for the 6131 so that's the price i'm preparing for it might be cheaper with carrier and contract but i rather get an unbranded one cuz i don't like the carrier name on the phone haha but ya i'm saving up like $350 for this phone just in case just don't have eta yet so hopefully i can hang in there and not spend the money =/

OK so i thought the 6126 doesn't have IR and FM Radio...... but from another post above by heybaby, it looks like it IN FACT does have IR (look under connectivity in his link) and FM Radio (under fun)............ soooo, wat's the difference now??
