lol..bluettoth passkey is varies for each device, each key is unique, there is no default bluetooth passkey, the key is what you create when pairing 2 bluetooth devices. make sure your friend has his bluetooth on discovery mode, otherwise you wont see his device, then pair the devices

Laughs on you man! I take it you don't know much about bluetooth. A lot of bluetooth devices that don't have interfaces ie TV, headsets, microwave ovens, home theatre system, keyboards etc have default bluetooth passkeys of 0000 or 1234.

To connect to your friends phone you need the passkey from your friend. Technically, if your friends phone is a WM5 device. It's supposed to ask your friend to authourize/accept the incomming connection and thus there should be no need for a passkey.

lol..your quite hilarious..im very familar with the bluetooth keys being set to a default code..like on remote bt devices, such as headsets..etc. however the OP is trying to interact with his friends device and not a theatre system. go read something
