EF81 & SXG75 Fullbackup with QPST

Hi. Im the Newbie.

I try with QPST and Gang Flash Image Application to make an Backup from SXG75...

But I need 2 Files.
1. Bootloader File: I think I can take the File from FW Update.
NPRG6250SEC.HEX

2. AMSS Advanced mode subscriber software.
But I have no Ideas how extract, find or create this file?

Any Hints, other Software?
