Setting up my telus email on my rogers phone

Im trying to set up my telus email on my rogers phone, but when i call telus they are so lost and no help.

Its the Moto Rokr E1 and when i go into the settings menu, these are the settings I need.

ISP settings ----> Connection type (GPRS obviously)
    APN address
    User
    Password
    DNS IP

How can i find out what settings to put in? Are these the only settings I have to punch in?

There are only 3 settings that I know of:

User: Basically this is the one that you use when you sign up for the Telus Internet. It's the username prior to @telus.net on your email.
Password: You should know what this one is
    DSN IP: Automatic

Not sure about the APN address what that one is.

    Hope that helps you.

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; PalmSource/hspr-H102; Blazer/4.2) 16;320x320)

These settings are all in the Rogers FAQs (this really has nothing to do with Telus).

Those don't seem like the correct settings that you are asking for, or at least not all of them.

The only ones I remember are:
    incoming server: pop.telus.net
    outgoing server: smtp.rogerswirelessdata.com
