True, we’ve already managed to self-sign the application and tested it on n80/n91… so after some polishing, updating the website, etc. it’ll be released at last (hopefully by the end of the next week)

Just received via email!! FREAKIN SWEET!!!
Once tested and working, I'll send them the whopping $40 USD this thread collected.
A question worth asking, nonetheless, especially since there is a balance of funds that they'll be receiving from your Paypal donations. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope not.
Hi guys, just want to inform you that Symella for S60 3rd edition is almost ready to be released. We are fixing some more bugs and remaking the webpage (it will be integrated into our department's portal) but I'm quite sure we'll be able to finish it in 2 or 3 days... I'll post here when we're done.
Symella will remain free of course (actually, it's under the GNU General Public License).
Any donations are highly appreciated, you can send them to the paypal account managed by Rcadden (since its a university project, we will never put a paypal access to Symella's website... it's against the policies)
I could not be more excited about getting this app again!!
Imre,
Are ya'll interested in other projects as well? Say, if someone had an idea for an app they'd like to see, are you taking suggestions? I know myself I have a couple that I'd like to see, if someone was willing to take the time. It'd be a good venture, I bet, to setup a programming auction site, where people could post ideas and programmers could "shop" and find one that interests them, with people donating to get it done. Does such a thing exist already?

Now THIS is what Symbian is about.
Its nice to see some good apps come out for Symbian v3 cuz those N73 diehards are getting desperate (j/k )...
The beauty of Symella is that it never took up much resources. I hope that is still the basis seeing as how Symbian version 3 is extremely sensitive to crashing due to low resources.

When we become stronger, we will hit back. And we will make pain, and they will suffer. Because we would have preferred for them to live and let live, but if they play unfairly, our day of revenge will come.
