What to expect working as a Sales Consultant in a corp. store

...well. thats all well and good. I still think its dumb for people to be "SAM"ed for not selling at a pace that the area you live in isnt even ready for.

SInce i am going from customer care, with access to telegence, will i be able to have access in a corp store when i moved to sales?

you'll have access thru a backdoor of sorts, but cingular wants you to use opus for everything while calling your old buds for help when opus breaks (a lot)

times have changed in terms of quota.

in the west la area where i work

60 apo

15.00 fpo

25 acts part time

50 full time

rate plan quota stays the same


also... pay went up to 12.20/hr


and hitting the third tier for full payout on features (since its opportunity based)
it's really based on hourly

work alot of overtime (90 opportunities PT / 120 opps full time)

work your normal hrs (65 opportunities PT / 90 full time)

nope. if they are giving you new dealer codes... no they wont. then again... i was told if you request a POS log in you can use it as a telegence log in as well. dont quote me on that because i havent tried.

But does your store meet that sort of traffic/demand? I mean, that may be a little less than our store if you scaled it down based on our traffic. Or it may be higher, in which case I do not envy you.

you get a COU which is unlimited everything for yourself.

you get two ERP plans for friends/family whatever. the plans are 1000 minutes and 500 minutes and you dont pay for anything unless you want to add features like texting, blackberry etc.
