how do I use a .hs file?

I have a motorola A630 which I am now selling since I upgraded to a Razr. I did some seem editing on the A630 when I first got it, and I want to return it back to stock before I sell it. I did a complete backup of the stock phone before I started editing and it is in the form of a .hs file. I have forgotten most of the phone hacking stuff I knew, so can someone remind me how I use a .hs file and how do I restore the phone using it? Thanks.

.HS file is a flex file i believe.
