playlist software for sounds

Ive searched the treads allready and cant find this answer.

Does anyone know if and where to get software to edit/manage the playlist for motorola sounds. I have a Razr V3I w/Itunes but I dont use Iunes because it Sxxks. I like the sounds better but it would be nice to be able to take the flash card out and edit manage my songs in my computer.
