SLVR Flash/Flex

So far I've searched through everything on this forum and have found very little in terms of flashing and flexing a L7. There's basically only 2 threads that are just absolutely huge and do not have the info I need. I'm looking to update a L7 that is running an unbranded flex which I'm assuming is European. I haven't done any flashing and flexing since I owned a V300 so I'm a bit rusty but roughly familiar with the process. I have not found anything on the software I need (or places to get it) and which flex is right for me. I'm trying to do this (its my brothers phone) because I'm getting a consistent "please wait" message while trying to do anything in the phone, resets are not doing anything. I'm not sure what flex/flash or boot loader I am running. I'd be thrilled if someone could explain/link me to the steps in determining the bootloader and flash I am running. Also I need to know which Flash/Flex would work best with these aswell as the programs (and download links) and steps necessary to do this process.

To check these turn your slvr off and hold down the * and # keys while turning the phone back on. You should get a black background with white text showing these versions.

I found a couple links on motomodders and motox's website and if i'm not mistaken i found one here in the forum, basically piece all of those together and you got it good, about the only tools/utils you'll need, that i suggest is p2K Commander, RSD Lite V2.4 or above works with the SLVR, i thought i turned mine into a paperweight, so i bought another one, well as soon as i got home i flexlashed (flex and flash) it again and sure enough it works. RSD LITE is proprietary to Motorola, but its warez so you'll know where to find it... and lastly i suggest motomidman for adding and removing JavaApps, and MotoKit. those work really well for me.
