The guy is really a bad demonstrator, but you can see the SPV in action nevertheless!

P800 is a brick!
lol the SPV is big too
WOW, I am pretty impressed by those screen shots. I didn't realize all the cool software available for the SPV. Dam I will have a few tough choices to make in the next few months. I know TM here in the US is getting the MS smartphone and we are getting the P800 soon and we are (hopefully) gonna a T68i replacement by the spring also. Dam, will have to wait and see, but that SPV looks dam nice especially for the price.![]()

I don't know if the SPV or clone will be sell in US... I think this is a phone designed for European market only. But probably the samsung sch-i600 will be available soon with Verizon.

The current SPV is for the European market only. However, Tmobile has stated that they are planning on producing a US version of the SPV for the spring. (1900 mhz version)
Swoutdoors is correct TM will have a clone of the SPV available by march or april.

I am surprised by the apparent optimism of mobile users regarding a phone utilizing a Microsoft operating system.
I can't say I have been looking forward to a phone in which I have the "opportunity" to edit my Windows registry.
I assume MS is providing a way of reinstalling the OS and all apps when the registry becomes "corrupted."
Does the phone connect to MS database and upload your phone book, call history, etc. periodically?
Why am I bitter? I have used Windows since version 1.0, that's why. Can you say Big Brother?
Rant over. Stepping down from soapbox.![]()
Apperantly, my friend knows the guys who wrote PPC2002. Those guys used to work on linux stuff.
I have an SPV, they aren't sold in the US but will work here. As with the Sendo Z100 the phone is so slow as to be almost unusable. This is MS's first try though. Anyone remember IE 2.0? We all laughed at MS's joke of a browser back then. Anyone still browsing with Netscape?? Give 'em a few hardware and software revisions and they'll get it right.
My #1 oh-I-wish item at present: A WiFi IAX-compliant phone.
