when i sometimes use the mobile browser on my motorola RAZR V3c, accessing some sites it will say insufficient memory, is there a way to do a clean up to free up more memory?

your not nuts, I have experienced the same symptoms (insufficient memory, white squares instead of icons) on my motorola E815 w/verizon.

All this started happening since I did the browser hacks (wap_elem_d file) to allow advanced browser options.

I've always gotten the insufficient memory message - ever since I started using WAP (way before these browser hacks). But only if the page was rather large, and my V710 was more prone to it than my E815.

EDIT: but I don't think I ever got the blank white squares before the browser hack - I only noticed the blank white square problem because of your (mtiberio) post the other day.
