I have a RAZR V3C that came with Moto, Scarlet, and Techno. When I change the skin to Techno, the wallpaper doesn't change like my friends RAZR. it also doesn't change on Scarlet. but it does change on moto... what would be the issue?

The Techno.jpg file is still listed under /a/motorola/shared/pictures
