I have just purchased a v360 a few hours ago, and already have a problem. The screen has gone black, but the external display is working. I have pressed keys but nothing's happened. I have not dropped it. Solution?
Take it back
Okay, I just took out the battery and then put it back in. It fixed the problem.
I now have another problem. When I connect my phone to my computer and click the Removable Disk folder in My Computer, it keeps saying to insert a drive into F:. I already have the USB Setting on my phone set. I'm trying to transfer songs onto my phone. Solution?
Exchange the phone, that sounds like a bad one...
Don't mess with me or my phone or it wll be a fight... Oh yeah read your owners manual, it has alot of your answers.![]()
I get a similiar problem as Aloha when I try accessing my phone via USB from "My Computer."
So for now, I just use Bluetooth, it makes things simpler.
If you can Aloha, pick up a Bluetooth USB Adapter/Dongle and then you should be able to transfer things wirelessly and hopefully hassle free.
Bluetooth USB Adapters are pretty cheap now days.

OK, I finally got the USB Drivers for the V360 to work after hours of "Trial & Error."
You can download the Motorola 2.9 Drivers here: http://www.v525.com/modules/filemana...ers%20v2.9.rar
Once you have installed that, Connect your Phone.
When it asks you to install drivers for your phone, Select the Specific Location Option and then click browse and go to:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Motorola Shared\MotPCSDrivers
Click next, and it should install your drivers.
You might have to do this several times for each individual capability your phone has. (I had to).
After all of that, download P2K Tools here: http://www.v525.com/modules/filemana...y%20gasito.rar
Open the P2K Tools .rar file and extract the folder to a convenient place. (For me it was my Desktop).
Open the folder and open P2KTools.exe
If all is well, your status will say "Connected" with a Green Dot which can be seen at the bottom left of the screen.
Now look to the right of where it says File Manager, and it should have several Drives there. For me, it was "a" and "c."
Click the Plus (+) sign on "c" and then again on "mobile."
There should be an Audio folder there.
Click into your Audio folder.
Drag the song you for your phone want onto that folder, and wait for it to transfer (This could take awhile. I am glad I have Bluetooth).
Once that is done, browse your phone for the song you just transferred, and if the song plays, then everything went well.
Hope this helped.
If not, reply here for more precise advice on what to do or I will try and help you as best as my knowledge serves me.
Regards,
Colt
