Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone can help me. I recently sold my old KG800 on eBay (I'm from the UK by the way, not the US) anyway, I never had any issues with the phone but the guy who bought it messages me and said that the pop-up menu was saying a voice mail was waiting to be listened to but the was no actual voice mail. I said to him that is was new to me and said that it sounded like a programme error, so he should contact LG. now is there a way to do a factory reset so it effectvely reboots the phone?

Any help would be much apprechiated.
    Thanks
    Greg

does anyone know if this is the latest or has any known problems?

ALSO HERE IS HOW YOU ENABLE THE SIM LOCK MENU

With the phone in standby, enter 2945#*7101# this then search will activate the extra option (7) SIM Locks under the security menu. Go in as normal to the settings menu you will now see option (7) select it and then select (1) Service Provider then select (1) Deactivate slect this and enter your SPCK code you will need to get this code from Virgin costs £15.

Here is a link for the sync software for the LG Chocolate KG800;http://rapidshare.com/files/29949699...SYNC_KG800.ISO

There are other methods that vary in cost that use the IMEI number but remember you normally get what you pay for. Prices range from £5-£30 depending upon where you search one website was charging £35 just to unlock so always goto your network provider first.
