    It is quite interesting as VM seems to have some of the higher rates and more handicapped phones.

    Sprint must be at the bottom they were the worst CS I left them and will never go back.

    T-Mobile has very good CS. Knowledgable and nice.

    I also like Virgin Mobile's CS; TMo's prepaid and Alltel has been good also. I had prepaid on the Cingular Blue GoPhone and they were the pits

    In case you hadn't noticed Sprint doesn't have a prepaid service! Several MVNOs use the Sprint network, but Sprint has no prepaid service. The article was about prepaid operators.

    I think Alltel got a raw deal on that survey. Their current prepaid plans are easily above the industry average and they are still evolving. When the surveys were taken, January and March, Alltel's current prepaid plans were still in their infancy.

    Also, Alltel isnt available to the majority of the populace.

    Its prepaid (AlltelU) offers one of the largest "local" coverage areas around... I am on the .15/min with no expiration, provided I make a 1 min billable call per month. Only Beyond Wireless TDMA has this AFAIK

    Thank you they did at one time but I don’t think any longer but I still feel the same about there CS
