Max straight talk time on a V3?

Whenever i talk on the phone, my maximum phone time seems to be 4 hours (straight) even if my phone is in its charger while i'm using it, it seems to automatically shut off after 4 hours... i've attempted to use it 4-5 times past 4 hours, with it in the charger, but it just shuts off. Is there any way to remove/disable this from happenning?

its not a problem. it means your trying to suck more juice than a battery can provide.. if you use the phone with no battery inside it, it wont even turn on right??? right!! so wht makes you think when your battery is flat dead that it has enough power to A) CHARGE THE battery and B) PROVIDE ENOUGH POWER to the phone to run at the same time, especially when the mAH rating of the battery is below 20 mAH? its impossible.
