Sanyo Scp 2700 Spc Code

I NEED HELP FIND THE SPC OR MSL ON MY SANYO, IVE TIRED THE METHODS ON THE OTHER POSTS ON HOWARDS FORUMS WITH NO LUCK.
THIS IS WHAT I DO
1)CONNECT PHONE MAKE SURE ITS ON COMM 1
2)OPEN UNICDMA
3)MAKE SURE IT READS MY PHONE
4)GO TO SECURITY
5)PUT IN ADRESS 033D592A @6, 600 AND ALSO TRIED 6000 BYTES
6)SAVE MY BIN FILE
7)OPEN BIN FILE WITH NOTEPAD
NO LUCK JUST EITHER BLANK OR WIERD SYMBOLS

WHAT MODE SHOULD I USE QUALCOMM OR LG MAYBE THATS THE PROBLEM
I HAVE MANY DIFFERENT SPC READING SOFTWARE SO PLEASE HELP ANYTHING IS GOOD A THIS POINT THANXXXX

Re: SCP-2700

Try Workshop (Registered Version), use Default NV Read, that should help. I also use UniCDMA with address: 03BA228F; Length 6000, that usually works, but when it doesn't I use address: 03300370 with Workshop.

0330 : 03C5 My codes were found at....

03BA:63C4
03BA:228F
033D:592A
or

started reading at 03300000 and read 5,000,000 bytes with unicdma, post results, bye
