Yes, looking at the price posted the day they are released unfortunately.

No pricing posted here can be assumed as reliable. There is too much speculation and false rumor to really know the true price. But we can make educated guesses based on the past and those rumors....but that's about it.

How did you find this? I can't find it anywhere on the vzw site or on the supposedly dead testman site. Anybody else notice the 1/23/07 date on the phone which is I think the same date on all the other pictures we've seen on this phone? I wonder if this could be a fake although I do hope it's not.

This is great news man, I have a feeling the 18th is a really strong possiblity for the b2b date.

I love how the green and red buttons are recessed too so you don't make any calls on accident.

Look at the html source of any of the phone pages (I used the Samsung a990). Find the section that has the flash source. I just replaced the sam_a990 with sam_i760 and got lucky.

well i just played dumb with the online help:

Melissa: Hello. Thank you for visiting our chat service. May I help you with your order today?
You: yes, hi i was given a link by a friend to a phone on your site
You: and i cant seem to find it
You: without using his link
You: can you help me
Melissa: Are you a current Verizon Wireless customer?
You: yes
Melissa: What phone are you looking for? What brand name is it?
You: http://cache.vzw.com/multimedia/360_demos/sam_i760 /
You: its that phone
You: but i cant seem to find it!
Melissa: Samsung 760?
You: yes
You: the link has all sorts of pictures for it
You: but i dont see how to order it?!
Melissa: We dpm
Melissa: We are presently not offering that phone one our site at this time.
You: oh, is there any way i can get that phone in the store
Melissa: I am not for sure, I checked our site and I am not seeing this phone, however there are new phones coming out by Verizon Wireless daily. Please continue to check our website for this phone or others that might peak your interest. There are many benefits for ordering on line, such as instant discounts.
You: yeah, thats why i wanted to order online
You: and when i was shown this, i really wanted to get it
You: do you think it will be soon?
Melissa: I don't have access to release dates of the newest equipment, but I do suggest checking our website daily.
You: ok, so you think it will be soon then
You: i really like that phone and will probably wait to pull the trigger once it comes out
Melissa: I currently have not been provided with a specific launch date or pricing information for that phone. If you're interested in being the first to get this phone, you can register online and an email will be sent to you as soon as it's available.
You: ok but you have heard of it though?
Melissa: please check back DAILY for updates to our site

Not to be mean, but that was useless. Did you have to post the whole thing? I read the entire thing thinking it was gonna have some small bit of info.

We have no idea when the put that file up. It could have been there for months. We just know that someone found it today.

However, I can't seem to locate the same file for the 6800....so maybe this indicates they are closer to releasing the i760 before the 6800.
