yes this is the real deal the actually have the USA version. they just copied the specs wrong on the website product info page. they will next day shiip it if you ordered by 11am today. and they are closed until monday for some holiday or something. i am just gonna wait until the even tomorrow night maybe i can win one for free of something. or i will buy one from a store in LA.
if i buy from a 3rd party will i still get warranty? there are no nokia stores out here. where should i buy from? please advise. someone tell me what to do! i cant make my own decisions, i'm a president!! lol
3rd party or not.. Its a US version.. Its should be warrantied by NokiaUSA..
Well in cases that there is something wrong with your phone.. They tell you to send it to TX NokiaUSA HQ is there.

awesome thanks. so i should get it wherever i can, or the best deal i find. i was just worried that i have to go through nokia store. so will 3rd party give me the same exact accessories? will it come in the same box just like if i bought from nokia? i assume so.

Oh man, sexy. What fortuitous timing - I'll be in NYC within 24 hours!
So Darla posted pictures of the black device on her blog, but does anybody have pictures of the rumored brown/sand version that people are talking about? Does it look like the original N95 "sand" color or is it a new color?

As long as it's from an authorized reseller it's covered. When you get the phone, you can check the warranty status on Nokia's web site.
