awesome thanks. so i should get it wherever i can, or the best deal i find. i was just worried that i have to go through nokia store. so will 3rd party give me the same exact accessories? will it come in the same box just like if i bought from nokia? i assume so.

Hey all...just got back from MobileCityOnline's store with my new US N95-3!

No unboxing pictures yet but hopefully before EOD.

As I posted elsewhere, the black/silver combo is gorgeous.

Oh man, sexy. What fortuitous timing - I'll be in NYC within 24 hours!

So Darla posted pictures of the black device on her blog, but does anybody have pictures of the rumored brown/sand version that people are talking about? Does it look like the original N95 "sand" color or is it a new color?

As long as it's from an authorized reseller it's covered. When you get the phone, you can check the warranty status on Nokia's web site.

Underneath the barcode we have:

"For use on GSM 85/9/18/19 WCDMA850/1900 networks.
MADE IN FINLAND"

Man, new stuff day is the best day. This plus my 2 GB's of RAM for my laptop show up; what a Wednesday.
