Hey all, first time poster wondering if anyone can help me here. I just got a Solo Mobile prepaid LG Rumor and got a 1GB Micro SD card to go with it, aside from all the activation problems I've been getting (such as my ESN not working and such), I can't put custom ring tones either, I've researched various methods of doing this and still no luck. Am I not able to do this while being with Solo?

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Hello. I just found out a way to upload it your own songs. This does cost a bit of money to download the tones though. But here is what you do.
1. GO to here: http://mgm.funformobile.com/pages/r...ne.php?nofile=1
2. Convert the audio file with what ever program you want. (It has to be smaller than 3mb)
3. When you are selecting your carrier, i used sprint and it worked fine. (I am with Solo Mobile as well)
4. Recieve that text and then follow the link it gives you (You may want to buy unlimited web browser)
5. Download the file from your phone (This will cost you a bit no matter what)

So there ya go. Unfortunately there is no easy way to set a ring tone on the LG rumor. That is the only way that i know of.
