LG Chocolate Ringtones

Noob Question, Im putting myself at the mercy of ya'll here. I'm a windows mobile guy myself. A friend of mine at work has the LG Chocolate and everytime his phone rings its a recording he made himself of a song off his radio with his microphone which just sounds terrible. as far as i know he doesnt have the data cable. is there any way i can make a ringtone on my computer and wirelesly send it to him from the internet to his phone? any help is appreciated. and thanx in advance!

wav, mid, or mp3 will be fine. Just send it as an attachment.

do i have to put the # in front of it? and should i put the 1 in there or no?

cause i have tried all sorts of ways to send the mp3 and he hasnt gotten it out of the 4 times i have tried to send it.

cause it didnt work before, but i made the file name 6 characters and all of a sudden it worked lol
