I'm not a customer of NexTel, but I know this one phone number is for sure. When I call his number he has a ringback assigned. If you know this one, please let me know how it's called.
Basically it first starts with a regular beep, but then the beeping turns into a sort of melody. It's the same phone line tone, but instead of just playing same note, it turns into a simple break beat kind of melody.
