site to send files, verizon issue

is there any online site that I can send files to my phone from? when I use Verizon it say the ringtones I have are longer than 30 seconds, but theyre not.

email them to your phone: <your10digitnumber>@vzwpix.com as an attachment, they have to be below a certain size, like 500k or so
