Easiest way is to get memory card and reader. Copy ringtone to memory card, put memory card in phone, copy from memory card to handset. Must be 300kb or smaller.
Or if someone has the ringtone on their phone and it has bluetooth, the ringtone can be sent from phone to phone by bluetooth by linking the phones through bluetooth.

That seems like a good solution. Can you explain how to move items from the SD card to the handset? I can't find any way to do that on the CF 360. Thanks.
Many thanks, kdfederer--works like a charm! Little thing, documented by LG: mp3 files have to be less than 300K to be available as ringtones on that phone, so you might want to use an app like Audacity to produce a snippet of the full song.
