All equally frustrated Alltel customers listen up! First I had LG Ax 565, then Razr v3c, couldn't download ringtones, screen... nothing, except of course from Alltel, which I wouldn't of course and neither should you! I tried every on line fix I could find, to no avail. Heres the fix, send Alltel a nastygram stating that you are very unhappy with their service, you did not know when you purchased your phone that they had imposed these conditions. Threaten to close your account if this problem is not rectified soon. Be respectful!! The OBEX controls were activated on my phone within (quite litteraly) minutes of my email to the customer service department. Oh yeah, this was late Saturday afternoon! My Razr V3c is fully funtional and I am enjoying all the toys. I would help if you purchased the appropriate software and cable for your particular phone. Check Ebay. I would probably also helpful if you are the owner of the account when you send them your nastygram. Good luck! Alltel will fix this if you complain loud enough.
