Can't Get Ringtones for LG Voyager

I'm using BitPim to try and add ringtones to my LG Voyager from Telus. However, every time I try it keeps telling me that my phone can't be detected. I have the drivers all updated but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this and/or how to add ringtones another way?

But how do you do that? I can send sounds, but sounds don't work as ringtones, and I can't figure out a way to get bitpim to detect my phone either.

Same thing as well, I have sent the songs to my phone, but they're only just sounds. I can't convert them to become ringtones. Any other ideas?
