nothing works custom ringtone on lg ax585
i have tried using bitpim can't get get filesystem to open please help

I have the same problem....
I have the same problem - my phone is the LX165, and if it makes any difference, it's from Virgin Mobile.

finally works yeah
it took about 50 tries but finally it opened fileshere make sure there are mp3 ringtones

I'm still not having any luck - I downloaded Bitpim, but my phone was not listed - Could the problem be that it's from Virgin Mobile, because I also noticed that carrier was not listed either... If so, is there anything I can try?? I really want to download my ringtone that I made - the NCIS theme - I can't find it anywhere
