No such thing. You basically have to go to a mobile site that has a URL field on it that would take you to the URL you type in there.

You'd probably have to create like a custom WAP home page somewhere, or use an existing one. Some places let you do it like www.waphomepage.com, www.wapspots.com, wap.humpa.com, etc.
