Who-Called can officially be removed from value packs now

As the title states, customers wishing to remove Who-called simply call 611 and remove it now!

so what does it mean "officially" exactly?

Because I called 611 like a year ago, asked them to remove the "Who-Called" feature from my value pack and they did it with no difficulty.

Same... Well not a 'year', but i had it done on one of my previous plans 8 months ago...
