Arrow C905a camera problem - fuzzy/blurry pictures

Love this phone to death, but heres my problem...

So after taking a few pics last weekend, they are turning out really fuzzy...macro seems to work ok, but any autofocus shot at a regular length away doesnt seem to focus and ends up blurry, I can hear the lens 'working' when I hold the button down halfway, but it doesnt seem to take a focused, clear shot.

Ive reset the camera to all the original settings, and played around with quite a bit of the settings to try to make it work, im still under the year warranty, time to trade it in? Or am I missing a completely obvious troubleshoot here...?

Does your C905a beep when the shot is focused? I found that I was taking the picture a little too fast sometimes and autofocus needed more time, especially under NOT bright light conditions. I started waiting for the beep which seems to say, autofocused and image stable.
