have some friends that have this phone thru sprint...it seems that they can't download any tones i've made for them...says that it needs a "handler"...anybody know what this is???
they can at a few sites download some tones without this message...but ones i made for the other phones they had worked just fine and downloaded and played..but when they went to this new lx-370...can't download the exact same tones without that message showing....
is there a number that i can use to send to them like in a text message instead of them having to download them??? if there is, i'd try and send to them in a text message to them that way just to try and see if it worked that way...
ideas on what a "handler" is? I've searched and really not found any info as to what this is or if a download or what for their phones....that is why i was wondering about sending in a text like i do with att, verizon, etc....any help or thought be greatly appreciated...thanks in advance...
