HTC Dream, BB Javelin, BB Bold, or ???

Hi all,
I'm a little bit new to hofo so please excuse me if I make any n00b errors in my post.

I have been talking with Rogers recently about my phone and renewing my plan. There is a long story to it, but I'll just get down to the details.

The plan:

400 daytime mins.
100 long distance mins.
2500 outgoing txt messages, free incoming.
500mb data
call display, enhanced voicemail, missed call txt, is there anything else in that package i missed?
2500 call forwarding mins??

$53+tax

The phones:

Blackberry Javelin $200
Blackberry Bold $180
HTC Dream $80
???

So I guess I am asking, am I getting a good deal on my plan? And If anyone has used any two of these phones, could you give me a good comparison?

Right now I am using a BB Pearl 8120 and I'm not really huge on it. I don't like how the keyboard has two letters on it but its set up like QWERTY. I can't seem to get used to it. I have used friends BB Bolds and seem to be able to navigate the keyboards alright, so I'm not hesitant to jump into a full QWERTY. I had an HTC Touch! when it first came out and couldn't stand how slow the response was on the screen and it seemed to crash on me a lot. Is the HTC Dream a more responsive screen than the Touch!?

Any help is appreciated! Thanks everyone!!

As for the Dream, it will be better than the touch but honestly, you should just get the 3GS if you're going the touchscreen route. In fact, I'd pick the 3GS over any blackberry too.... but that's just my 2c.
