About two and a half weeks ago I swithched from Alltel to Verizon, renewed my contract and got three new phones (LG EnV Touche's). One of my phones kept having problems so after the second replacement I switched that phone for a BB Storm 2.
Now for some reason I really find myself wanting the new droid phone. I was told that I was only able to make one phone exchange in the first 30 days. Is this true? Or is there some way to turn in my storm 2 and get the new droid? Any help would be appreciated as my 30 days is almost up.

Yes, this is true. You can only swap the phone out 1 time for a different phone. You could (if you wanted to) swap one of the other enV Touches on the other lines out for it, and then transfer the Storm 2 over to there number and keep the Droid on your number.

Sucks...
As mentioned, yes, you can only make 1 exchange for a different phone model in the first 30 days. However, you can actually completely return the phone and undo the whole upgrade, and then, perhaps a few days later, go in and do it again picking a different phone.
Thanks, I thought of that but then was unsure of what would happen if I went in a few days later and attempted to do a new contract. did not know if they would let me renew.
