Great video quality for a phone an contrary to reports, my photos are pretty good too. The photo complainers might want to read directions, download the pdf from Moto. For one thing, anti-shake is not default that I know of. In the scene modes there is Steady which I think is anti-shake. Anyway most of my pics came out great.
Nice video! It would have been better if you weren't standing on the bike lane side of the bridge, though. People standing on the wrong side makes it dangerous for everyone.
Have you tried taking a video indoors yet? Mine seems horribly dark unless I'm outside in full sunlight.
I just tried it indoors with flourescent lights and the vid was pretty dark. Looks like the camera isn't doing a good job of metering and adjusting exposure. I know it can do it because I can see the screen get light when trying to focus.
