Rumor 2 not ringing

I got it last week and it was working fine but it seems like all calls from landlines go straight to voicemail. THE PHONE NEVER RINGS!!! I'm able to get calls from a internet phone, a clellphone, but all landline calls are going STRAIGHT to my voicemail.

Help?

Well, I called CS and the MSID in the phone was set to 000-000-0000 and the rep had me change it to something else with actual numbers in it. See if that works.

But what is the MSID used for anyway? Would that really have been it

Wirelessly posted (duncanmacleod: BlackBerry8330m/4.5.0.138 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/315)

It's phone's identifying nu$ber.
