Sprint says free conditional call forwarding only applies to corporate accounts?
i just contacted sprint technical support to inquire about the call forwarding changes they were supposed to implement this month.. i called twice for confirmation..
both reps told me free conditional call forwarding only applies to corporate accounts.. tech support insisted that individual users (regardless of their plan) will still be charged for conditional and unconditional call forwarding (if used).
is this response accurate? because it sure does contradict a lot of other sites, threads and forums.

That's not true. I use conditional call forwarding for my GoogleVoice voicemail now and the same is true for YouMail. I did receive some charges because I jumped the gun and did it too early but I called Sprint, had the charges removed and haven't received any more. My wife and I both use GoogleVoice mailboxes instead of Sprint's...
thanks for your confirm... I would also like to use Google Voice for message management.. because I really don't care for Sprint's voicemail service.. unless a recent update took place that I'm unaware of.. it sucks.. I'll activate call forwarding.. I just hope I don't get charged..

So do you have to have a certain plan for free call forwarding or is this across the board with sprint?
It never ceases to amaze me how Sprint CS personnel can give flat out wrong answers to simple straightfoward questions. They literally make stuff up. I don't get how a company can tolerate this.
