How to set up unconditional call forwarding with Google Voice

Hi,

I am going abroad and would like to unconditionally forward all calls straight to my google voice account. I currently have google voice set up to call foward unconditionally (i.e. if I do not pick up).

I know how to active the call forward feature on T-Mobile - **21*+<country code><phone number># [SEND] (activate unconditional forwarding)

however to what number should I forward it to? I tried to forward to the voicemail number listed in the google voicemail account but it asks for a number you would like to dial, etc.

Thanks!

I think this is a better question for the Google Voice forum: http://www.howardforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=523

I believe your problem is you have your GV account set up for full service, not just voicemail. You should probably read the GV FAQs to get that switched.

You just unconditionally forward your calls to your google voice number.

Problem solved! When adding the number to Google Voicemail instead of using the conditional forward code I just swapped it with the unconditional code and it worked. Thank you for the help
